Having more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources field starting from Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits set up and review, HR Policies set up and review, Employee and Industrial Relations, Merger and Acquisition, Health, Safety and Environmental friendly aspect, Performance and Competency review, Change Management. In her last 10 years exposure as HRBP (Human Resources as Business Partner) she led the Organizational Development – review and prepare employees’ competencies for current and future business needs, and provide feedback and advice to the management on current and future potential issues.
